My answer is YES! and I can help with it.

In my career in the last 14 years, I have worked with several products and services from different aspects. As a Lead Solution Manager, I had to find the best product and/or service for the customers’ need and find the best way to sell it. As an Operations Manager, my responsibility was to find the best method and process to operate the product and/or service. As a Product & Offering Manager I often face the challenge that there is a good idea, but the product or service behind it incomplete, or there is a complete product or service without a real customer-need. So my goal is to create and manage the best product and/or service which fits to the real needs of the customers.
